Week #7

Hi all - Sorry I couldn't be there on Tuesday. Thanks so much to Sarah for helping out in my absence to weigh everyone in! I received the data from Sarah with everyone except Jeff Kukulka and John Farrar, so their weight percentages will be as of last week.

I also understand there was a big feast for some birthday celebrations on Tuesday. A few contestants weighed in early so they could partake...I hope everyone picked healthy items and exercised portion control;-) We only had three weight gainers, and the lowest overall weight gain as a group to date.
