Week #7

Hi all - Sorry I couldn't be there on Tuesday. Thanks so much to Sarah for helping out in my absence to weigh everyone in! I received the data from Sarah with everyone except Jeff Kukulka and John Farrar, so their weight percentages will be as of last week.

I also understand there was a big feast for some birthday celebrations on Tuesday. A few contestants weighed in early so they could partake...I hope everyone picked healthy items and exercised portion control;-) We only had three weight gainers, and the lowest overall weight gain as a group to date. Week #6 - Superbowl Recovery Week

We had some recovery this week from all the superbowl parties! There was a net loss of 24 pounds with Randy, John H, Donald, and Deanna having great numbers all over 3 pounds on the week. Randy moved into the lead with Stacey and John H. close behind. Team competition has Gold pulling away a bit. Overall, we are at 235 pounds lost as a group - awesome!

Week #5 - Super Bowl Aftermath

Some contestants attended pretty awesome superbowl parties!!! Ten gainers and twelve losers, but still an overall loss on the week. I expect there will be some great recoveries next week! It is getting harder now, but everyone is still at or below entry weight. Good job everyone!

Big news of the week is that we have a new leader - Stacey is now in first place with 8.76%! Great job! Teams Gold, Yellow, Purple, and Pink are almost all tied...

Week #4 - Still Going Steady

Everyone is still doing great! As a Department, we have lost 198.9 pounds! We only had two week to week weight gainers this week: Mike H and Ben...but everyone is still below their start weight, which is AWESOME!

And Angela has made it to 100 miles - Congrats! Becky was close behind with 95 miles. I know both were sick in the last two weeks, and were still able to rack up the mileage - great job, ladies!

The big story of the week is John Hess. His huge weight loss moved him into second place and his team into first! Here are the updated stats:
