Is it true? Can Easter be worse than the Superbowl? It was pretty close...Overall, 8 of 24 contestants gained weight, but we achieved a net loss on the week of 14.5 lbs. This was helped a great deal by John Hess, who hasn't weighed in for a few weeks and lost 8.5 lbs since his last weigh-in. This is the first week that everyone has weighed in for a long time, so the stats are up to date.
Congrats to Stacey for competing in and finishing the Santa Anita 5k event last weekend with a good time! We will see if Angela and Deanna can do as good when they run the Carlsbad 5k this weekend!
