An we have some winners!

We made it to the end! All told the group lost 466.9 pounds - that is awesome! I am also happy to report that EVERYONE was a loser, and that is what counts. We've also learned a few things, like eating breakfast (and enough calories everyday) is important! And some learned a few things about themselves, like they can run a 5k! Others didn't lose as much weight, but changed their bodies for the better by losing fat and gaining muscle - which weighs a lot more.

Biggest loser male was the Rated R Superstar of HazMat, John Hess. He made his own personal goal and finished with a loss of 70.5 pounds. Everyone is amazed at his transformation and he is motivating and inspiring more people than he knows (myself included!).

For the ladies, we had an awesome tie...Stacey and Lisa were within 0.03% of each other at the end and we all agreed both did a fantastic job and deserved to split the title of Biggest Loser Female. They started to catch John Hess with the last week of competition...Stacey did spend her trip working out like a maniac with her sister and had a great time showing off her new body to her family. Lisa has helped me feel comfortable with having a baby as she proved that losing the baby weight is more than doable!

On the team side of things, Team White held off the competition and took the team title - team Purple was coming on strong and gave them a run for the money. Team Yellow was also sneaking back up on that one, but John held them off. I would like to say my favorite Team Gold did an exceptional job representing the Eng/Ops/RC Division with both Donald and Joe having great results and truly a well-balanced team;-)

On the last challenge, Stacey, Lisa, and Randy were all very close, but Stacey took the prize, losing 11 inches. She is now known as "pants on the ground girl."
