This week ties for the lowest net weigh loss since we started with only 11.5 collective net pounds lost...it is getting harder to lose, but the important thing is we still are making forward progress. Sorry that both Sarah and I were at Badlands and couldn't be there to do the weigh-in like we usually do. I don't expect that would happen again. Thanks to Joe C for pitching in and talking all of you into letting him weigh you! Because we didn't have a normal weigh-in, I didn't do the waist measurements for everyone - we will plan on that next week for those participating. John H. was on vacation last week and Mike H. I believe was out.
Team Yellow moved slightly ahead of team Gold for the team lead and our individual leader is again Lisa, with Randy, John H., and Stacey close behind to get the first to 15% lost. They are all above 12%! Keep in mind that John didn't weigh in last week and is on a cruise vacation, so we will see how he does when he returns;-)
