Everyone did pretty good this week - especially considering we are two months into the challenge and everyone has worked through the easy pounds to lose...This week, Amy was out as she is having surgery on her knee. Amy - we are all thinking about you and hope you are healed soon! Melanie was out on vacation this week and Matt Hickman was sick. Results below are from last week's data for those that were out.
A few races I want to make sure everyone knows about.
First, Stacey (and I believe Becky) have registered for the Santa Anita 5k race on Saturday, April 3th and we'd like to get some participation from the WMBL participants together for the race. I'm not sure if I can attend yet, but will try. Stacey assures me there is an awesome beer garden waiting for participants at the finish line and you get TWO free beers (which should equal the calories you burn in the race!). It is only $25 if you register by 3/28/10. Registration information can be found here.
Second, Angela and I have registered for the Carlsbad 5k race on Sunday, April 11th. Joe Schupp may join us, too. It is $40 to participate if registered by 4/4/10. Anyone that is interested can register here.
